Sometimes the recruitment process can take a few weeks to several months. We make every effort to keep you informed along the way. However, unfortunately we are not able to respond to every candidate who applies for any position.

Our History
Established in 2007 by Mitch Duffy.
Before starting MKD Fencing Mitch lived on & managed large rural properties around NSW. After having a successful career working on the land with sheep, cattle and including growing and breeding working kelpies Mitch decided it was time to follow his passion for fencing and started MKD Fencing with Alecia his wife. Alecia is the glue, working hard behind the scenes and not short of experience in business and finance with leading large teams for the past 10+ years with one of the big four banks.
With their combined knowledge in customer service, fencing and the land, the MKD fencing contractor teams are continually being guided and invested into with training and providing highly efficient machinery and equipment allowing them to do 10,000’s of Kilometres of fencing every year.
